Three studies on philanthropy and three documentaries have been completed under the PRI program. A fourth study, documenting a number of philanthropic initiatives around the country, is expected to be completed by December 2007.
FOWSIA Research Fellowships
The Bangladesh Freedom Foundation provided support for research on local culture, development and human rights issues under theForum on Women in Security and International Affairs (FOWSIA) project funded by the Ford Foundation. Fellows were selected on a competitive basis in two categories: Young Professional Fellowships and Senior Professional Fellowships. Duration of the Fellowships ranged between six to nine months.
